Agnes M. (White) George of Reading passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2013. She was 90 years of age.
Born in Reading, Agnes was the loving daughter of the late Joshua and Sadie (Amiro) George. Agnes was a warm and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her
Agnes loved her grandchildren, her true love was for her family. They were first and foremost in her life. She also loved to travel, be outside and take walks. Her favorite place she visited was China.
Agnes was the beloved wife of the late Peter George. She was the devoted mother of Debbie George and her husband Bill of Harvard and Darlene Pinheiro and her companion Fred of Reading. She was the cherished grandmother of Tina and Amanda of Reading, Kate, Josh and Ben of Harvard. Agnes was the dear sister of Mildred Carboneau of Beverly, James White of FL and the late Hazel Ripa, Wilfred White and Edward White. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Thursday at 9:30 followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Agnes' Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10:30am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family prior to the Funeral Mass beginning at 9 am in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and handicapped entrance are available. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
