Alexander F. Catalani of Nahant passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2012. He was 77 years of age.
Born in Somerville, Alexander was the son of the late Margaret (Gallagani) and Alexander Catalani. Alexander was a warm and caring father, grandfather and brother. He will be sadly missed. Alexander loved to socialize and he also enjoyed flying.
Alexander was the devoted father of Paulette Gerry, Richard Catalani and Matthew Catalani. He was the cherished grandfather of Annmarie Gerry, Paul Gerry and Alexandra Gerry. Alexander was the dear brother of Margaret Peterson.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Alexander's Eternal Life will be held on Saturday in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Please honor Alexander by making donations in memory of him to North Shore Hospice, 75 Sylvan Street, Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
