Alfreda "Bunny" B. Buccheri

Alfreda "Bunny" B. Buccheri of Stoneham passed away July 17, 2016 at the age of 88. Bunny was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.

Alfreda was a loving family oriented person who enjoyed spending her time helping in any way possible. She spent much time helping at Saint Patrick's Church in Stoneham, participating at the Senior Center and being an active member of the Italian Women's Club. She raised a beautiful family and will be missed by all who knew her.

Alfreda was a devoted wife of the late Anthony J. Buccheri. Beloved mother of Stephen A. Buccheri and his wife Bonnie, Maryann B. Glynn and Doreen N. Tamburrini and her husband James. Cherished grandmother of Stephen A. Buccheri Jr. and his wife Jodi, Lorraine Driscoll and her husband John, Luke Buccheri and his wife Ashley, Audra Lopes and her husband Andre, James Tamburrini Jr. and his wife Meghan, John Glynn III, Joseph Tamburrini and his companion Katie and Rachel Glynn. Alfreda is also survived by 12 great grandchildren. Caring sister of Eleanor Valente and her late husband Frank, The late Jenny Visocchi, Evelyn Mazzarella and her husband Mac, Michael Visocchi and his surviving wife Eleanor, the late Betty Morrill, Elsie Pacitto and her husband Carmine and Bunny's twin sister Emily Nazzaro and her husband Anthony. Loving daughter of the late Giovanni Visocchi and Philomena (Arccieri) Visocchi. Bunny is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday, July 22nd at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Alfreda's "Bunny's" Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Thursday, July 21st from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
