Alice L. (Raza) Raia

Alice L. (Raza) Raia of Stoneham passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill. She was 67 years of age.

Born on November 15, 1948 in Lynn, Alice was the loving daughter of the late Philip Raza, Sr. and Lorraine (DeRosier) Raza. Alice was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all.

Alice was the beloved wife for 44 years of the late A. Ed Raia, Sr. She was the devoted mother of Eddie Raia, Jr. and the late Eric Raia. Alice was the dear sister of Marie Provencher, Philip Raza, Jr. and his wife Joan, the late Michael Fleury and his surviving wife Terry, the late Norman Fleury, the late Raymond Fleury, the late Nancie Scannell and her surviving husband James. She was the sister in law of Paul Raia and his wife Nancy and the late Ronnie Raia. Alice was the daughter in law of the late Nina and Sal Raia. She was also survived by many special nieces, nephews and close friends.

Alice co-owned and operated Coastal Maintenance Supplies, LTD.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Alice's Eternal Life will be held on Thursday, February 18th at 11:30 in the Chapel of the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Wednesday, February 17th from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
