Espinola, Alvin M. "Al"- of Andover, Jan. 13th. Beloved husband of 40 years to his devoted wife Cynthia A. (McAdams). Loving father of Adam M. Espinola and his wife Caitlin Neri of Medford, Keith L. Espinola and his wife Katherine "Katie" of Boston, Scott J. Espinola of Andover, Craig M. Espinola and his wife Laura of Somerville, Jillian M. Espinola of Methuen. Cherished son of Eleanor C. (Bielak) of Andover, and the late Matthew F. Espinola.  Dearest Papa of Hailey, Conor, Tyler, Shelby, and Brynn Espinola. Brother of Mark Espinola and Rosemarie Woods. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass for Al in St. Augustine's Church, 43 Essex St., Andover on Friday, Jan. 19th at 10am. He especially enjoyed Lake Winnipesaukee, where he spent time on Sandy Island both as a child and an adult. He was later able to fulfill his dream of buying and renovating a cottage on Varney Point in Gilford, NH where he loved to spend time with family and friends. Al's other passion was coaching, and he spent many years behind the bench coaching not only his own children, but countless other Andover youth hockey players. He recently retired after a long career as a Software Manager for Cadence Design in Chelmsford. Graduate of Wentworth Institute and SNHU.
