Amelia C. (D'Addario) Saccardo of Reading, formerly of East Boston passed away on Wednesday December 15, 2004 at Bear Hill Nursing Center. She was 86 years of age.
Born in East Boston, Amelia was the beloved daughter of the late Nicholas D'Addario and Carmella (Mucci) D'Addario. Amelia was a warm and gentle daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Amelia loved her family. They were first and foremost in her life. Amelia had an inviting and loving smile that embraced everyone.
Amelia was the beloved mother of Carol A. Terilli and her husband Joe of Stoneham and the cherished grandmother of Joey Terilli III of Stoneham. She was the devoted sister of the late Leone Marino, the late Anthony D'Addario and the late Matthew D'Addario. Amelia was the sister in law of Joseph Marino and the dear aunt of Dennis and Stephen Marino.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend one hour of visitation on Tuesday from 8:30-9:30am in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, West Peabody.
