Ana Maria (Correia-Branco) Aguilar of Stoneham passed away on Friday, February 20, 2004 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. She was 61 years of age.
Born in Lisbon, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Joao Manuel Correia-Branco and Maria Luisa (Madudeira) Correia-Branco. Ana Maria was a loving and caring daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all. Ana Maria was also like a second mother to all the children of her neighborhood.
Ana Maria graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in psychology. She enjoyed traveling and cooking, however her love for her family went unparalleled. Ana Maria was a volunteer in the Stoneham School System. She was a librarian at the South School and she also taught English as a second language. Ana Maria spoke French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Ana Maria was the beloved wife of German G. Aguilar. She was the devoted mother of Michelle Aguilar of Northampton, Gabriel Aguilar and his wife Alana of Everett and the dear sister of Maria M. Wolf of FL.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Monday 2-7pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM. Interment private
