Angela C. (Costa) Goshtigian, of Stoneham, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, Melrose, She was 86 years of age.
Born in Boston on December 1, 1917, Angela was the daughter of the late Camillo and Rose (Modica) Costa. Before retiring she was a saleswoman for the Caldor Corporation.
Angela was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all.
She was the wife of the late Diran "Dan" Goshtigian who passed away May, 2003. She was the mother of Patricia Caggiano and her husband Luigi of Reading, D. Christopher Darryn and his wife Laurie of CA., Camille Bertini of Washington and the late Johnny Goshtigian. She was the grandmother of Giancarlo Madonnini, Thomas Bertini, Christine Puopolo, Darlene Clogston, Camille McMahon, Allyson Rose Darryn and great grandmother of 11 grandchildren. She was the sister of Anthony, Matthew, Danny and Raymond Costa, Rosemary Nigro and the late Peter and Camillo Costa, Josie Agar and Theresa Sachetti.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. STONEHAM Saturday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
