Angela M. (Cotter) McNamara

Angela Marie (Cotter) McNamara of Reading passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 in Reading. She was 90 years of age.

Angela was born on August 17, 1929 in Boston. She was the loving daughter of the late Michael Cotter and Mary J. (Lynch) Cotter. Angela was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. Her bright and happy smile will be truly missed.

Angela was the beloved wife of the late Matthew F. McNamara. She was the devoted mother of Michael Fraser and his wife Nanci, Maryann Castronova and her husband George, David Fraser and his wife Kim, Paula Williams and Carol Salmon and her husband John. The cherished grandmother of 10 and doting great grandmother of 10, Angela was the dear sister of Noreen Cassani and her husband James and the late John Cotter and his late wife Bernice. She was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING, Thursday, March 12th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Angela's Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Wednesday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available. Interment Wood End Cemetery, Reading.
