Anita Solimine

Anita Solimine, lifelong resident of Somerville passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. She is 90 years of age.

Born on Wednesday, June 27, 1934 in Somerville, Anita is the loving daughter of the late Belmonte Solimine and Anna (Desiderio) Solimine. Anita is a warm, kind, gentle and loyal daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, cousin and friend who will be deeply missed.

Anita is the dear sister of the late Pauline Hall and her late husband Larry, the late Rosanne Swyers and her late husband Herbie and the late Anthony Solimine and his wife Carol. The beloved aunt of Eileen Fiore and her husband Charles, Theresa White and her husband Eddie, Patricia Smith, Jeanne Harvey, Debbie Regan, Dianne Taber and Billy Swyers, Anita is the cherished great aunt of Jennifer Colarusso and her husband Clay, Christine Mele and her husband Joe, Jamie Miele and her husband Adam, Jaclyn Schnitzspahn and her husband Greg, Morgan White and her longtime significant other Shane Porter, Kori Flores and her husband Alex. She is also lovingly survived by many great great nieces and great great nephews, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Anita’s Family on Thursday, November 7th from 8:30 – 9:30am in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM. Parking attendants and elevator are available.

A Funeral Mass Celebrating Anita’s Eternal Life will be held on Thursday, November 7th at 10am in Saint Patrick Church, 71 Central Street Stoneham. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
