Ann M. (Monaco) Mitchell, age 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 22, 2021 at Life Care Center in Stoneham. She was born March 23, 1941 in Medford to the late Michael and Flora (Morenda) Monaco.
Ann was a graduate of Stoneham High School. She worked as an x-ray technician at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford for over 30 years. Ann loved her family and spending time with her friends. She also loved gardening and all animals.
She is survived by her daughter Lisa (Mitchell) Surabian and her husband George, son Brian Mitchell and his wife Jacquelyn, son Jeffrey Mitchell and his wife Stephanie. She is also survived by her beautiful grandchildren Emily, Mary, Michael, Jake, Sam, Amanda and Ashley. Also survived by her sister Maria Bettencourt and her husband David and nieces Kara, Laura, and Dina. She is the sister of the late Theresa Monaco.
