It is with deep and profound sadness that our family announces the passing of our dear sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Anne B. Good on November 14, 2016.
Anne was the loving and devoted daughter of the late Paul A. and Mary A. Good, the caring and giving sister of Ellen C. Good, Paul D. Good and his late wife, Anne, MaryLinda C. Krikorian, Thomas J. Good and his wife, Rhonda, and Gretchen Good Maguire; the cherished aunt of Jennifer Good, Joshua Good and wife, Danielle, Madison Maguire, Allison Krikorian, Thomas Good, Conor Good and Jack Good.
Born in Boston and raised in Reading, Anne received her nursing degree from D'Youville College, her undergraduate degree from Emmanuel College and her graduate degree in Social Work from Boston University. Anne's nursing career spanned many fruitful years in Boston area hospitals, most recently at the Brigham Women's Hospital. Her second career as a social worker found Anne working with medically and developmentally challenged children and families through the Pentucket Early Intervention Services program in West Newbury, MA.
Anne touched many lives in the most thoughtful and meaningful of ways. She was such a giving and caring person, someone who consistently volunteered her time and talents to support many worthy causes and organizations, most notably, she served as the medical liaison and chairperson of the Boston chapter of the Make a Wish Foundation.
Anne's love of family and friends was evident in all she did, and with all of the lives she touched. She consistently thought of others, selflessly sharing with those less fortunate, especially with the young infants and children she worked with. She will leave a loving legacy of caring, dedication and devotion.
Remembrance services will be held on 1/7/17 with an 11:00am Requiem Mass being said at the Star of the Sea, Salisbury, MA and a reception immediately following at the Sea Glass restaurant in Salisbury, MA.
