Annette Y. (Dauteuil) Berry, 77, beloved wife of Paul F. Berry, passed away on January 25th, 2022, with her loving family at her side. Born in Lawrence, she is the loving daughter of the late Almiry J. and Blanche M. (Levesque) Dauteuil.
Annette grew up in Lawrence and was a graduate of St. Anne's High School in Lawrence, class of 1962. Annette was a loving mother and raised her children in Methuen. She married her husband Paul and moved to North Reading, where they have been for 25 years. Annette worked as an executive assistant in banking until her retirement in 2009. She enjoyed gardening and was an avid painter. Annette's greatest joy came from being a grandmother. Upon retirement, Annette was able to be with her youngest grandson Joey. In addition to watching Joey, she took her grandchildren everywhere and was able to spoil them. She will be truly missed by her loving family and everyone she touched.
In addition to her husband of 25 years, Paul, she is the devoted mother of Pam Serwatka and her husband Joe and Steven Petrillo. Cherished Nana of Joey Serwatka, Kaylie, Robbie and Steven Petrillo. Loving sister of Arthur "Cal" Dauteuil and his wife Carline, Gerard Dauteuil and his wife Geraldine and the late Cecile McKinney, along with being the aunt to many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are cordially invited to visiting hours at the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., North Reading (Corner of Rt. 28 and Park Street at the Reading line) on Friday, January 28th, 2022 from 10am to 12pm. Immediately following the visitation, a service will be held at the funeral home at 12pm. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, North Reading.
