Annie T. (Regan) Daly of New Jersey, formerly of Reading passed to eternal life on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at the age of 96.





Born in Wakefield, Annie was the beloved daughter of the late Daniel Regan and Margaret T. (Darmody) Regan. Annie was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all.





Annie loved painting and reading. She was very spiritual and religious. Her family was first and foremost in her life.





Annie was the beloved wife of 52 years to the late John Daly. She was the devoted mother of the late Barbara Daly and Joan Daly Curtis, the cherished grandmother of John Curtis and his wife Madelyn of New Jersey and their children Christopher, Madelyn Marie and Sarah Curtis, Dr. Kevin Curtis and his wife Gretchen of New Hampshire and their children Gabrielle and Liam Curtis. Annie was the dear sister of Mary "Pip" Elwell and her husband Richard of Reading, Alice Regan of Wakefield and the late Margaret Dunn, Daniel Regan Jr. and John Regan. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.





Funeral from the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Annie's life in St. Athanasius Church 300 Haverhill St. Reading at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Thursday 3-7pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located behind Atlantic Supermarket on Haven St. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading.
