Antonio Cefalu

Antonio Cefalu of Stoneham formerly of the North End died June 29, 2009 at age 84. He was the beloved husband for 57 years of Giacomo Maria (Crisci) Cefalu and devoted father of Giuseppe Cefalu and his wife Josephine of Woburn, Giuseppa Cefalu of Stoneham, Rosa Maria Cadena and her husband Hector of North Reading and Guy Cefalu and his wife Maureen of NH. Antonio was the dear son of the late Giuseppa (LoCoco) Cafalu and Giuseppe Cefalu and cherished grandfather of Anthony, Julia, Kristen, Jacqueline, Sophia and Ava. He was the loving brother of Francesca Maxuni of Italy and the late Angelo and Gaetano Cefalu and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.



His funeral will be from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Antonio's life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Thursday from 4-8 pm. Parking attendants will be available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
