Arlene M. (Edgerly) Ramsdell of Stoneham, formerly of Medford, passed away on Monday, May 09, 2005 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington.
Born in Medford, Arlene was the daughter of the late William I. "Bud" Edgerly and Margaret (Bolger) Edgerly. Arlene was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all.
Arlene was a devoted Medical Secretary at Lahey Clinic for many years. She was devoted to her family. They were first and foremost in her life. Her love for them went unparalleled.
Arlene was the beloved wife of Herbert F. Ramsdell. She was the devoted mother of Patti Heil and her husband Peter of Glen Allen, Virginia, Donna Geanis and her husband Anthony of Stoneham, Valerie Geanis and her husband Peter of Glen Allen, Virginia. Arlene was the cherished grandmother of Frank and Kristen Call, both of Medford, Danielle and P.J. Heil and Christopher Geanis, all of Virginia. The great grandmother of Riley Rena of Medford, she was the sister of William I. Edgerly and his wife Patricia of Burlington. Arlene was also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Arlene's life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Wednesday 4-8pm. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
