Armando Iocco

IOCCO, Armando of Medford, January 24, 2006. Beloved husband of Anna (Marinucci) Iocco. Devoted father of Mario Iocco of Medford and his fiance Jennifer Shinners, Andrea Galliani and her husband Joseph of Medford. Cherished grandfather of Jessica Emanuella and Giorgio Armando Galliani. Dear brother of Antonio Iocco and his wife Lucia of Everett, Filomena Antonelli and her husband Antonio, and the late Nicolino Iocco, all of Peabody. Loving son of the late Raffaele Iocco and Lucia (Pilone) Iocco. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Armando's life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Thursday 5-9pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mass General Hospital Images Cancer Center Boutique, 165 Cambridge Street, Suite 600, Boston, MA 02114. These donations will go directly to supply wigs to cancer patients that can not afford them. Originally from Orsogna, Italy, Armando lived in Argentina for many years before coming to Boston. He was an owner and enjoyed working every day at Roma Coiffures in Newton. Armando was a good man with a good heart who left an indelible impression and everlasting memories to anyone that came in contact with him. He will be missed.
