Arnetta E. Sherlock

Arnetta E. (Boul) Gussman - Sherlock of Groton, formerly of Stoneham, passed away at her home Sunday, May 18, 2003. She was 81 years of age.
Born in Pennsylvania, Mrs. Sherlock was a longtime resident of Stoneham before moving to Groton. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Her family was first and foremost in her life. Her warm and gentle smile was a reflection of the wonderful relationships she had made over the years. Arnetta was a member of the Groton Women's Club. She will be missed by all.
Mrs. Sherlock was the beloved wife of Retired Air Force Officer Peter Sherlock. Arnetta was the wife of the late George Gussman. She was the devoted mother of Neil G. Gussman and his wife Annalisa Crannel of Pennsylvania and Jean M. Boccelli and her husband Frank of North Reading. Arnetta was the cherished grandmother of six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was the dear sister of John Fleisher of Florida, Dorothy Dubbins of Ohio and the late Frank Boul.
A celebration of Arnetta's life will be held Thursday at 10am in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM with Reverend Thomas Coots officiating. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Wednesday 4-8pm. Donations in memory of Arnetta may be made to Nashoba Nursing Service, 280 Ayer Rd. P.O. Box 319 Harvard, MA 01451-0319.
