Bernice C. Mugherini

Bernice C. (Nigro) Mugherini, of Barnstable, passed away on Tuesday January 29, 2013 at the Falmouth Hospital with her family by her side. She was 87 years old.
Born in Revere, Bernice was the loving daughter of the late Neal and Catherine (Campana) Nigro.
Bernice was an active member of the Southport Community. She enjoyed playing cards, signing in the chorus, gardening and bocci. Most importantly she loved the company of her many family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Bernice was the beloved wife of the late Francis J. "Frank" Mugherini. She was the devoted mother of Neal F. Mugherini and his wife Sally, Dorothy A. Newman and her companion Steve Harvey, Susan M. Clark and her husband Scot. Bernice was the cherished grandmother of Matthew Mugherini and his wife Amy, Andrea Mugherini -Warren and her husband Drew, April Newman, Deborah Mugherini, David, Jonathan and Joseph. Great grandmother of Olivia and Hailey Warren. Dear sister of Dorothy Bell and her husband Bill, Anita Glennon, and the late Eleanor Hubbard. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Tuesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Bernice's Eternal Life in Parish of the Incarnation 429 Upham St. Melrose at 10 am.
Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Monday from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
