Byron Doucette

Byron Doucette of Reading passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at Winchester Hospital. He was 94 years of age.
Born in Reading, Byron was a lifelong resident of Reading. He was the dear son of the late Norman John Doucette and Eva (Doucette) Doucette. Byron was a warm and caring son, brother, husband, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed.
Byron worked at Ace Art Company in Reading for 52 years. A devout husband, he was married to the late Julia Marie (Meuse) Doucette for 59 years.
Byron is survived by his sisters, Marie "Ella" Hubbard, Althea Petkewich, Eva Meuse. He was predeceased by the late Laura White, Abel Doucette, Isodore Doucette, Minnie Meuse and Walter Doucette. Byron is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral from the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Saturday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Byron's life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 9am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Friday 2-6pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located on Linden St. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
