Caitlin Mae Xirinachs of Manchester, New Hampshire passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017 following a brief illness at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. She was 27 years of age.
Born on March 19, 1990 in Los Angeles, California, Cait is the loving daughter of Stephen Xirinachs and Doreen (Gilmartin) Xirinachs. Cait is a warm and caring daughter, sister, mother, niece and cousin. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.
Cait is the beloved mother of Joplin. She is the dear sister of Stephen Xirinachs Jr. Cait is also lovingly survived by her grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
