Carmela L. (DeAngelis) Pappalardo of Stoneham, passed away Monday December 11, 2006 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. She was 86 years of age.
Born in Somerville, Carmela was a resident of Stoneham since 1957. Her family was first and foremost in her life.
Carmela was the beloved wife of the late Anthony W. Pappalardo. She was the devoted mother of Anna Marchelletta and her husband Robert, Margaret Briffett and her companion Edward Oulton and Anthony W. Pappalardo Jr. and his wife Mary all of Stoneham. Carmela was the cherished grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 11.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Thursday from 8:30-9:30am in Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Carmela's life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
