Carmine Picariello of Saugus formerly of Stoneham passed away Saturday, January 13, 2007 at his home. He was 59 years of age.
Born in Italy, Carmine was the son of the late Giovanni and Gina (Ferrara) Picariello. He loved masonry work. He was a member of Laborer's Health and Welfare Local 151. He enjoyed gardening especially tending to his flower gardens.
Carmine was the devoted father of Monica Picariello and her companion Todd Johnson of Beverly, and Giovanni and Marco Picariello both of Saugus. He was the cherished grandfather of Nico Johnson and dear brother of Antonia Nobili and her husband Eutizo of Italy. Carmine was the former husband of Anna (Rossi) Picariello.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Carmine's life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St. at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Tuesday, 5-9 pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
