Carol A. (Moretti) O'Brien

Carol Ann (Moretti) O’Brien of Stoneham, formerly of Wakefield passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, July 17, 2023.  She is 80 years of age.

Born on Sunday, September 27, 1942 in Wakefield, Carol is the loving daughter of the late Richard Moretti and Mary (Perna) Moretti.  Carol is a warm, gentle & kind daughter, sister, wife, mother, stepmother and friend who will be truly missed.

Carol is the beloved wife of the late Edward J. O’Brien.  She is the cherished mother of Tracy O’Brien and the late Patrick O’Brien.  The devoted stepmother of Kathleen O’Brien and the late Erin O’Brien, Carol is the dear sister of the late Barbara, Dorothy and Frances.  She is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her deeply.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM on Monday, July 24^th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Carol’s Eternal Life in Saint Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am.  Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Carol’s Family on Sunday, July 23^rd from 1-4pm in the Funeral Home.  Parking attendants and elevator are available.  Interment Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
