Catherine M. Duggan, 84, of Londonderry, NH formerly of Stoneham, MA went to her eternal rest on September 7, 2018 peacefully at her home surrounded by family. Catherine was born and raised in Somerville and spent many summers at Wessagusset Beach, N. Weymouth, MA.
Catherine (Kay) enjoyed a house full of people, shopping, holiday parties, homemade dinners and sharing family recipes. Kay loved to go to the casino, trips with the Red Hats and dinner at her favorite Restaurants on Sunday nights. Kay made the most amazing spaghetti and meatballs, potato salad, chicken salad, deviled eggs & baked macaroni cheese.
Catherine and John were blessed with 6 children. James J. Duggan and his wife Mary Ellen from Marmora, NJ, Patricia A. McDonough and her husband Richard from Londonderry, NH, Kathleen M. Duggan and her Fiancé David J. Gosselin of Windham, NH, Carol J. Garbino and her husband Keith of Londonderry, NH, Nancy D. Flood and her husband Robert of Derry, NH and Cheryl A. William of Derry, NH.
Grandchildren - Amanda E. Duggan, James J. Duggan, Jr., Robert M. Garbino, Emily M. Duggan, Moise P. William, Jr. Brandon A. Garbino, Daniel R. Flood, Julia N. Duggan, Meghan N. Flood, Victoria R. William, Nickolas J. William, Tiffany A. Hammer, Joshua D. Gosselin and Jodi L. Gosselin. Great Grandchildren – Benjamin M. Duggan, Natalia O. Duggan and Maddison A. Duggan.
Beloved Daughter of the late John and Catherine (Callahan) Healion. Loving sister of Jack Healion and his wife Eileen, the late Pat Delaney and the Fran Zammitti. Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be from the Barile Funeral Home, 482 Main Street, (RT 28) STONEHAM on Thursday, September 13th, 2018 at 9am, followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Catherine's Eternal Life at St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St, Stoneham at 10am
Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 12th, 2018 4:00 - 8:00pm. Parking attendants and elevator are available. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
