Cecelia B. Lamb, 101, of North Reading, passed away on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021.  Born in Lowell, she is the beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (O Boyle) Shaughnessy.

Cecelia grew up in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School at the age of sixteen.  She told many stories of her efforts working and helping troops during WWII. She also was an avid greenskeeper, and loved tending to her garden. When not in her garden, she enjoyed being with her family and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow.

Cecelia was the devoted mother of: John Lamb, James and Anne Marie Lamb, and Cindy Lewis.  She was cherished as the grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Cecelia was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, John, and was the last of eleven siblings. She's survived by her three children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Seabrook Beach, NH in the spring of 2022, as was her wish.
