Charles J. Cambria

Charles J. Cambria of Medford passed away on Monday, September 7th, 2026, at 85 years of age.

Born on Sunday, October 6th, 1940 in Boston, Charles was the loving son of the late Charles Cambria and Josephine (Bellitti) Cambria. Charles was a warm, kind, gentle and loyal son, husband, father, grandfather, brother-in-law and friend who will be truly missed.

Charles served seven years in the U.S Air Force where he developed his lifelong profession as a master electrician. Self-employed for many years, he was also employed by Mass General Hospital.

Charlie was an avid sportsman. He also enjoyed restoring classic cars and hot rods.

Charles was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Benenati) Cambria. He was the devoted father of Vincent Cambria and his wife Lisa and Anthony Cambria and his wife Christina. The cherished grandfather of Lily, Elizabeth, Christopher and Heath Cambria. Charles was the dear brother-in-law of Frank Benenati and his wife Meryl and Luanne Murphy and her husband Charles. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Charles’ Rite of Christian Burial on Saturday, September 19th at 10am at Saint Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway W., MEDFORD.
