Charles J. "Charlie" Lauretano

Charles "Charlie" J. Lauretano of Littleton, Massachusetts passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 30, 2026 at Emerson Hospital.  He was 58 years of age.

Charlie was the beloved son of Dr. Ralph and Marie Lauretano, playful brother to Dr. Ralph Lauretano, Jr. and his wife Michelle, and dear uncle to Emily Lauretano and Gianna Lauretano.  Charlie was the cherished nephew of Carol Lauretano, Sandra Lauretano, and Cheryl Lauretano.  He was predeceased by his Uncle Walter and Aunt Elizabeth Johnson, his Uncle Dr. Leo Lauretano and his Uncle Glen Hartzler.  He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.

Charlie enjoyed spending time with his family.  He especially liked going on adventures in the car with his parents and the much-anticipated stop for ice cream.  He also enjoyed partaking in many activities and outings with his longtime roommates, friends and staff at both the Evergreen Center and NuPath.

Charlie was a truly happy person.  His easy smile and sweet habit of blowing kisses as a greeting brought joy to all those who encountered him.  He will be greatly missed by all of us who had the great privilege of knowing him.
