Charles "Peter" Redding, 86, of North Reading, MA, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Eileen (Williams) Redding.  Devoted father of John S. Redding of North Reading, who he lived with until his passing. He is also survived by his brother, John Redding of England, very close family member, Peter Cole of England as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Eileen, he was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Theresa (Hazel) Redding and his sister Theresa (Redding) Hopkins.

Peter was born on November 14, 1937 in Lamberth, England. He lived through WWII in his native England as a young boy. He enlisted in the UK military. Peter and Eileen were married on January 5, 1963 in London, England and moved to the US shortly after. They resided in Peabody, MA where they had their son, John. Pete and his family later resided in North Andover, MA.

Family and friends are invited to gather with the family for a memorial visitation in the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., North Reading, MA on January 10th from 4-7:00 pm.
