Christopher Anthony Sherman of Chelmsford, formerly of Stoneham passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Winchester Hospital. He was 42 years of age.
Born on August 7, 1974 in Malden, Christopher was the loving son of Roy M. Sherman and Laureen P. (Giarrizzo) Sherman. Christopher was a warm and adoring son, brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Christopher was a dedicated plumber for the Plumber's Union, Local 12 for 22 years. A loyal family man, he loved spending time with his family, especially his children. He enjoyed the outdoors and going fishing and camping. Christopher was a huge sports fan. He liked the Patriots and Bruins the most. He proudly defended our freedom by serving in the United States Navy.
Christopher was the beloved husband of Theresa (Cooke) Sherman. He was the devoted father of Kayla and Roy Sherman. The dear brother of the late Tiffany Sherman and the late Kevin Sherman and his surviving wife Christie, Christopher was the caring uncle of Sierra, Casidy and Brooklyn Sherman. He was also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and relatives from Canada and Ireland.
A Funeral Service Celebrating Christopher's Eternal Life will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 1pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family prior to the service, beginning at 10am in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available. Interment with Military Honors will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
