Cynthia L. Knudson, 62, of Beverly, passed away on Sunday, February 5th, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Boston, she is the beloved daughter of the late Richard and Alta (Murphy) Greenough.

Affectionately known as Cindy, she was a lifelong resident of Beverly and a graduate of Beverly High School.  She worked as a librarian and then as the best telephone operator for AT&T for 20 years.  Cindy could still recite off connection numbers and area codes at the drop of a hat.  Cindy enjoyed cooking, trips to Foxwoods and games of chance whenever she could.  A doting grandmother, Cindy spent countless hours coloring, spending time and creating memories with her grandchildren.  She was a kind, loving and caring person. Cindy's greatest joy came from just being with her family.  The simplicity of being together was all that she needed.  Her patient and gentle nature shined through and Cindy will be deeply missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Cindy leaves her beloved husband Randy Knudson, she is the devoted mother of Melony Knudson and her fiancé Dennis Burby of Beverly, Brandon Knudson and his fiancé Hollie Tanzella of Beverly and Nathaniel Knudson and his girlfriend Caitlin Roberts of Beverly. Cherished grandmother of Kylee, Arya and Lucas Burby and Juliannah Tanzella.  Dear friend of William Phillips, Rosie Cowan, Sally Cote, Barry MacDonald and Jacqui Delorenzo., She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

Family and friends are cordially invited to a Memorial Service Celebrating Cindy's Life at the Franco American Club, 44 Park St., Beverly on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 at 1:00pm.  Immediately following the memorial service, guests are invited to visit and share memories with Cindy's family at the Club until 5pm.
