Daniel Joseph Powers

Daniel Joseph Powers of Stoneham passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at his home.  He is 68 years of age.

Born on Wednesday, November 13, 1957 in Boston, Daniel is the loving son of the late Robert Powers and Mary (Tarrant) Powers. Daniel is a warm, kind, gentle father, son, brother, uncle, godfather and friend who will be truly missed.

Daniel is the beloved father of Kaitlin Powers and Erin Powers.  He is the former husband of Ann M. (Melly) Powers. Daniel is the dear brother of Paul Powers and Kathleen Carroll and her late husband Tim.  He is the brother in law of Nancy Powers and the adored uncle of Matt Powers, Michael Powers and his fiance Ashley and Sam Carroll.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Daniel's Family on Wednesday, January 7th from 11am - 1pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM.  Parking attendants and elevator are available.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Daniel's Eternal Life will be held on Wednesday at 1:15pm in the Funeral Home. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
