Darren M. Splaine

Darren M. Splaine of Somerville and Medford passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 24, 2022.  Darren was a loving and honest man that went out of his way to provide for those he cared about.  He was a hard worker that prided himself on his masonry skills.  Darren had the ability to brighten up any room with his personality, humor and confidence.

Darren was 36 years of age and the beloved son to Darren and the late Lisa (Nardella) Splaine, brother to Robert Splaine and his fiance Chrissy Hoffman, Michael Splaine and his partner Amanda Paone, and Devin Splaine. Darren is survived by his son Tyler Splaine and the mother of his son, Melissa Sforza. Darren is the uncle to Michael Splaine II, Matthew Splaine and soon to be Maeve Splaine. Darren was the beloved partner to Megan Kenney. 

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Darren's Family on Tuesday, November 29th from 4-8pm with a Prayer Service honoring Darren 7:30pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM.  Parking attendants and elevator are available.  Interment will take place on Friday, December 2nd at 11am at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.  Please meet inside the front gate of the cemetery for the escort to the gravesite.
