David C Husarik of Woburn formerly of Reading passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. He was 60 years of age.
Born in Hartford, Connecticut, David was the loving son of Lucille (Casey) Husarik and the late Francis Husarik.
David was a warm and caring son, husband, nephew, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed.
David worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a computer programmer. He was a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He enjoyed carpentry, woodworking and cabinetry.
David was the beloved husband for 38 years of Laura (Thompsen) Husarik. He was the dear son-in-law of Audrey Thompsen of Woburn formerly of Reading. David was the brother-in-law of Lisa Thompsen-Adams and her late husband George of Ohio, Leslie Thompsen-Buchanan and her husband Rick of NH and Eric Thompsen and his partner David Lynne of Quincy. He was the uncle of Kevin Gonsalves of NH and the nephew of Rita and Leo Tsokalas of CT and Ethel and Joseph Coutu of NY.
A Funeral Service celebrating David's Life will be held on Tuesday at 1 pm in the Chapel of the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Tuesday from 11-1 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
