Anderson, Diane (Dalton) - of North Reading died Monday March 8th in her home. She was born in Wakefield on June 26, 1937 and was educated in the Wakefield schools. Diane was a foster parent for many years. She loved children and worked as a self-employed childcare provider and later was an assistant in her daughter Cheryl's childcare business.

She was married to the late Robert Anderson for over 50 years. Diane is also survived by her children Cheryl Fritts and her husband James of North Reading, Bonnie Noonan and her husband Scott of Andover, Paul Anderson and his wife Audrey of Williamstown VT. and Glenn Anderson and his wife Stacey of San Jose, CA. Sister of Arthur Dalton Jr. and his wife Beverly and nine grandchildren and ten greatgrandchildren. Diane was also the mother of the late Mark Anderson. A memorial service will be held this summer in Vermont.
