Diane M. DiOrio

Diane M. DiOrio, of Peabody, formerly of Lynnfield and Wakefield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 18, 2025 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House after a long illness. She was 64. 

Diane had a passion for creativity and was always working on projects. She especially loved crafting, with ceramics holding a special place in her heart. Her love for ceramics led her to open her own ceramic studio, the Yakity Yak Ceramic Shack, where she shared her talents and brought joy to others through art. Diane also had a love for beauty, always eager to do hair and makeup for friends and family. Beyond her many talents, she cherished time with her loved ones, and loved playing games with her family. And, of course, she had a passion for shopping, never missing the chance at a good shopping spree.

Diane is the beloved mother of Tyler Wallace and his wife Kym, and Brianna Wallace. She is the loving grandmother of Nevaeh, Rylee, RJ, Amelyah, Maverik, Devon, Colin, Mathew and Aidyn. Cherished sister of Doreen Cusolito and her husband John, Kim DiOrio - McGonnell and her late husband Kelly, Thomas DiOrio and his wife Michelle, and William DiOrio and his wife Dawn. Daughter of the late Joseph and Joanne (Walsh) DiOrio. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with her family on Monday February 24, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and elevator available. 

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Diane's Eternal Life at St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Internment Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
