Dolores (Casiello) Roycroft

Dolores (Casiello) Roycroft-Cestroni, of Stoneham, formerly of Medford, passed away on Sunday November 9, 2021 at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House. She was 83 years of age.

Born in East Boston, Dolores was the daughter of the late Albert and Angelina (DeRosa) Casiello.

Dolores was a true people person. She loved being around people and helping others. Throughout her life she helped many friends. She touched a lot of her children's friends' lives as they were growing up. Dolores also loved gambling. She would travel to the local casinos to play the slot machines. Dolores was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Mario Cestroni. She is the cherished mother of Allen Roycroft and his wife Meredith and the late John Roycroft. She is the devoted grandmother of Jade and Tylor Roycroft and Jennifer O'Brien. Dear sister of Richard Casiello and the late Albert Casiello, William Purella, Dolly McDonald and Tina Rudolph.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Monday November 15th in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM from 11:30am to 12:30 am followed by a Graveside Service Celebrating Dolores' Eternal Life in Oak Grove Cemetery 230 Playstead Road Medford at 1:15 pm. Parking attendants and elevator available.
