Domenic J. Fucile

Domenic J. Fucile of Melrose, formerly of Somerville, passed away on March 25, 2015 at home. Domenic was a warm and caring husband, father, Nonno, Great-Nonno, uncle and friend and will be missed by all who knew him.

Domenic had many passions in life. He had a love of animals and of antique cars. Domenic enjoyed taking trips to Maine but most of all he loved spending time with his family, on holidays and birthdays, creating new and celebrating old family traditions.

Domenic was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Holder) Fucile. He was the devoted father of Donna LaBella and her husband Ralph, James Fucile and his wife Carolyn and Michael, Domenic and Gary. Domenic was the Nonno of 10 and Great-Nonno of 8. He was the brother of Salvatore J. Fucile, Jr. and the late Frances Ann DiPlatzi. Domenic is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and life-long friends Fran and Charlie Faletra.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM Monday March 30, 2015 at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Domenic's Eternal Life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 9:00am. Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Sunday from 3-7pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and handicapped elevator available.
