Donald Earl Dodge

Donald E Dodge, affectionately known as “Donny,” passed away peacefully at home on August 11, 2026, at the age of 64.  Born on October 29, 1961, in Somerville, Massachusetts, Donny spent his life devoted to his family and friends. Donny was predeceased by his parents Ted and Barbara Dodge and two brothers Arthur and Teddy. He had long, dedicated career as a technician with Reggie’s Service in Chelsea, MA for around 25 years, where he was known for his strong work ethic and friendly disposition.

Donny made his home in Revere, Massachusetts, where he shared a home with his sister and brother-in-law.  He is survived by his former wife Lisa Minghella, his sister Beverly J Talbert (Dodge) and her husband Jim Talbert. His sister Debbie Helser-Monhollen and her husband Lee Monhollen of Clarksville, TN. Also, survived by nephews Michael Squillacioti and his wife Emily of Andover, Christopher Squillacioti and his wife Kara of Woburn, Nicholas Squillacioti and his wife Jennifer of Peabody and niece Christine Bash (Talbert) and her husband Trent of Pleasantville, OH and Katy Morgan and her husband Mark of Troy, MI and Angela Quick and her husband Patrick of Jacksonville, FI. Also, survived by great nieces and nephews Vincent, Molly, Reagan, Quinn, Trey and Ethan. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will forever treasure the time they shared with him.

Donny had a wonderful way of lighting up a room whenever he entered. Above all else, he treasured his family and friends. Whether sharing stories, making people laugh, or simply arguing about politics.  His kindness, dignity, humor, generosity, and unwavering love for his family will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. While our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in the countless memories he gave us and the love he shared so freely throughout his life.

Donny will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Donny's Family on Sunday, August 16th from 4-8pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM.  Parking attendants and elevator are available.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Donny's Eternal Life will be held on Monday, August 17th at 10am in the Funeral Home.
