Doris J. (Patterson) "Jean" Johnson

Doris J. Johnson, affectionately known as Jean, 81, of Andover, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.
She was born in Brookline, May 14, 1933, daughter of the late James and Susan (Greenhouse) Patterson. Former wife of Dean Johnson, deceased.
Jean graduated from Nursing School at Cambridge City Hospital. She went on to practice nursing for over 50 years ending her career at her favorite Winchester Nursing Home.
Jean was known for her kind spirit, generous heart, warm smile and was happiest when spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Laura White of Andover, Nancy Scarelli and husband, Dan of Haverhill, and Amy Johnson of North Reading. She was the cherished grandmother to Sean White of Reading, Brittany and Nicholas Scarelli of Haverhill. She also leaves Sister in law, Nina Walsh of Kingston and several nieces and nephews.
Jean will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all that knew her.
