Edward "Ed" Jones Sr. of Billerica passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Ed was the eldest of fifteen children. He was born to Josephine (Richard) and Robert E. Jones. Ed is survived by his wife Barbara and their two children Edward Jones Jr. and his fiance Cassidy Murdock and Christina Barnes-Eames who he loved with all his heart and her husband Doug. He had 4 grandchildren that brought him so much joy: Catherine, Robert, Ava, and Addison.
Ed loved his cars. He was Certified GM technician and he was a mechanic up until 4 years ago when he finally retired. Ed enjoyed going to Malden for coffee with his friends, going to Woodman's for his fisherman platter, watching his westerns and rolling down the street with country music blaring. He also enjoyed taking family trips to Canobie Lake Park, Storyland and The Mohawk Trail.
Ed's family will have a celebration of life in late spring early summer.
