E. Russell SchultzE. Russell "Russ" Schultz of Stoneham passed away on Sunday December 8, 2002 at Winchester Nursing Center in Winchester. He was 87 years of age. Born in Somerville, Mr. Schultz was a long time resident of Stoneham.Russ was a life member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Patrick's Holy Name Society and the Charlestown Schoolboys Association. Mr. Schultz was a master plumber with the Local 12 and also the dedicated owner of Rusclif Plumbing and Heating Inc. of Winchester and Stoneham. Russ enjoyed being an usher at Mass every Sunday in St. Patrick's Church. Mr. Schultz also proudly served our country in the United States Army during World War II.Mr. Schultz was the beloved husband of the late Teresa F. (Connolly) Schultz. Russ was the loving father of Edward R. Schultz Jr. and his wife Carol, John C. Schultz and his wife Mary Ellen, all of Woburn, Bryan G. Schultz and his wife Nancy of Salem NH, Mary T. Weisse and her husband Paul of Tewksbury and Barbara A. Madden and her husband Thomas of Methuen. Russ was the cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Russ was the dear brother of the late Charles, William, and George C. Schultz and the late Dorothy Mazzarella. Russ was also the brother in-law to Mary Crowley and Margaret Connolly of Stoneham.Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) Stoneham on Wednesday December 11th at 9:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham. Interment will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
