Eileen M. Schoepke

Eileen Schoepke died on 12 November 2015 in Norfolk, Virginia, at the age of 86. Mrs. Schoepke, the daughter of Anne and John J. O'Malley, was born on 8 April 1929 in Reading, Massachusetts. Eileen graduated from St. Patrick High School (Stoneham, Massachusetts). After high school Eileen worked at the headquarters of the John Hancock Insurance Company in Boston, Massachusetts.

In 1954 Eileen married Ernest E. Schoepke of Sacred Heart (Minnesota), a seaman stationed in Boston. Mr. Schoepke's Navy career took Eileen and their children to a number of locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Survivors include: Ernest Schoepke; six children and their spouses: Timothy, Richard (RoseMarie), Sandra (John), Joan, Michael (Mindi), and Mark (Lori); one sister: Anne Beauchamp; grandchildren Seth, Joseph, Nichole, Ricky, Ryan, Megan, Patrick, Robert, Evan, Allie, and Sidney; and great grandchildren Logan, Hadley, Zachary and Jack as well as many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Schoepke was predeceased by a daughter and son, brothers John O'Malley, Jr. and Edward O'Malley and a sister, Marion Comita.

Funeral from the Doherty-Barile Funeral Home 11 Linden Street READING, Saturday, November 21st at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Agnes Church, 186 Woburn Street, Reading, at 10:30am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather for a vigil service on Friday, November 20th from 6-8pm at the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and ramped entrance available. Interment at Saint Patrick Cemetery, Stoneham.
