Elaine Marie (Poulin) Sullivan

Elaine Marie (Poulin) Sullivan of Acton, formerly of Reading passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 7, 2023.  She is 89 years of age.

Born on Friday, February 9, 1934 in Rumford, Maine, Elaine is the loving daughter of the late Robert Poulin and Agnes (Blanchard) Poulin.  Elaine is a warm, kind & gentle daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Elaine is the beloved wife of the late Robert Sullivan.  She is the devoted mother of Denise Clements and her husband Gary, Brian Sullivan and his wife Lynn, Lisa McQuesten and her husband Rick and Glen Sullivan and his wife Kristin.  The cherished grandmother of Zachary Clements and his wife Hannah, Cody Sullivan, Megan Enaire and her husband Chris, Olivia McQuesten, Brady Sullivan, Regan Sullivan and the late Conleigh Rose Sullivan, Elaine is the doting great grandmother of Owen & Charlie Clements.  She is the dear sister of Claire Driscoll and her late husband Jack.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Elaine’s Eternal Life will be held on Thursday, September 14^th at 11am in the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden Street READING.  Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Elaine’s Family prior to the Service from 9:30 – 11am.  Parking attendants and elevator are available.
