Elizabeth D. Tate, of Stoneham, passed away on March16, 2007 at the Winchester Hospital.





Born in Chicago Illinois, Elizabeth was a resident of Stoneham for 43 years. Elizabeth was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all.





Elizabeth was a leader and an educator having been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years. She was a dedicated employee at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, working for there for 46 years. She taught at Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing before becoming the Assistant Director of Educational Services.





Elizabeth was the beloved aunt Debbie and Jerry Caton and their children Geoffrey, Glen and Laura, Terry and Mike Kirrane and their children Michael and Katie, James Wilson Jr. and Barbara Pesaturo and her daughter Katherine. She was the cherished sister in law of James Wilson. Dear sister of the late Joan Wilson and Patricia Perryman.





Funeral from Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM. Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Elizabeth's life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am.





Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Monday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty.





In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Elizabeth may be made to the Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing Scholarship Fund 170 Govenors Avenue Medford MA 02155.
