Emma (Bovey) Ryti of Stoneham, formerly of Medford, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Life Care Center in Stoneham. She was 102 years of age.
Born on January 7, 1912 in Cambridge, Emma was the Loving daughter of the late James and Mary Bovey. Emma was the beloved wife of the late Donald R. Ryti. She was the devoted mother of Richard R. Ryti and his wife Charlene and David R. Ryti and his late wife Laurel. The cherished grandmother of Amanda Correa, Craig Ryti, Trish Dring, Justin Ryti, Katlin Montoya and Shayna Ryti, she was the loving great grandmother of Michael Richard Correa, Madison Correa, Maximilian Danger Dring, Mazzy Delilah Dring, Memphis Sterling Montoya, Kylie Ryti and Joey Ryti.
A Graveside Service celebrating Emma's Eternal Life will be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 10:30am at Lindenwood Cemetery, Montvale Ave. STONEHAM.
In lieu of flowers, please honor Emma by making donations in her memory to Boys Town National Headquarters 200 Flanagan Boulevard PO Box 8000 Boys Town, NE 68010 or to Shriners Hospital for Children — Boston 51 Blossom St. Boston, MA 02114.
