Esther A. Bersani

Esther A. (Avellino) Bersani of Stoneham passed away on Sunday April 29, 2012 at the Aberjona Nursing Center in Winchester. She was 89 years of age.
Born in Winchester, Esther was the daughter of the late Nicola and Catherine (Barbaro) Bersani. Esther was a warm and caring mother. She was a member of the Stoneham Ladies Lodge Sons of Italy # 1983, the Italian Women's Society and a parishioner of St. Patrick Parish. She will be sadly missed.
Esther was the wife of the late John Bersani. She was the devoted mother of Donna Bersani of Stoneham. Esther was the dear sister of the late Sam, James, Nicholas, and Rose.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Esther's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Tuesday from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
