Esther B. (Gorse) O'Brien

Esther B. (Gorse) O'Brien, of Medford, February 6, 2016 at age 94. Beloved wife of the late Arthur O'Brien. Devoted mother of Robert O'Brien and his wife Andrea, Arthur "Buddy" O'Brien, and the late Daniel O'Brien and his surviving wife Peggy. Loving grandmother of Lisa Hosokawa and her husband Kenji, Sheila Wieneke and her husband Brad. Cherished great grandmother of 4. Dear sister of Joe Gorse and his wife Kathleen and the late Mary Connolly and her husband Pete, Dottie Morin and her husband Charles, William Gorse and his wife Fran, Robert Gorse and his surviving wife Kay, Jean Worsham and her husband Phil. Longtime companion of the late Gerry Simonelli. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Tuesday from February 9, 2016 from 9am to 10am in the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Esther's Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10:30am. Internment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
