Eva Mildred (Doucette) Meuse

Eva Mildred (Doucette) Meuse of Reading passed away peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Care One in Wilmington. She was 94 years of age.

Born on May 20, 1922 in Reading, Eva was the loving daughter of the late Norman J. Doucette and Evangeline Doucette. Eva was a lifelong resident of Reading. She worked at Insultab in Woburn for several years. Eva was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, aunt, great aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed.

Eva was the beloved wife for 50 years of the late Kenneth Simon Meuse. She was the dear sister of Althea Petkewich and the late Marie "Ella" Hubbard, Byron Doucette, Laura White, Abel Doucette, Isodore Doucette, Minnie Meuse and Walter Doucette. Eva was also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral from the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Friday, February 3rd at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Eva's Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Thursday, February 2nd from 4-7pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and ramped entrance are available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
