Evelyn C. (DePasquale) Forshay, of Medford, October 17, 2018, at age 96. Beloved wife of the late Lee N. Forshay. Loving mother of Lee Forshay, Jr. and his wife Evelyn of New Hampshire, Lawrence Forshay of West Roxybury and Robert Forshay and his late wife Mary Forshay of Melrose. Cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren and great grandmother of 2 great grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass Celebrating Evelyn's Eternal Life will be held at St. Raphael's Church, 512 High St., West Medford, on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather at church prior to the mass at 10:30am.
Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
